On entering the villa guests are greeted by the breezy open plan living space. A well equipped kitchen is a pleasure to cook in and features gas cook top. Bring along your favorite coffee to use in the espresso coffee machine. With high ceilings, the living space opens to the outdoors and secure courtyard garden. While dining alfresco, you don't have to miss out on your summer sports, as the large flat screen TV pivots so it can be viewed from the outdoor dining area!
For your entertainment the villa provides guests with Foxtel TV, a play station which is also a DVD player and complimentary high speed Wi-Fi. The villa is family friendly and for your convenience supplies a port a cot and high chair as well as stair guard.
Cavvanbah Beach Villa features 3 stunning bedrooms. Upstairs is a spacious king bedroom and second bedroom featuring two king single beds that can be drawn together to form a second king bedroom. Each bedroom features en-suited bathrooms and private verandas each with comfortable wicker chairs and ottomans perfect to relax and take in the gardens, read a book or nap to the sound of the sea.
The third queen bedroom is down stairs and opposite is a third bathroom. Each bedroom is individually air conditioned for your comfort on hot balmy nights.
Cavvanbah Beach Villa is located immediately next door to Bay Villa should you be traveling with friends or in an extended group.
Byron Bays small solar powered tourist train does utilize the track to the rear of this property however being solar powered we can advise it is extremely quiet and it is also a great activity to do with younger children.

Beautiful holiday house with a beautiful location! Tanya is a great host, who responded quickly to any queries. The space was very roomy with each couple having their own bathroom. We will definitely be coming back!

Lovely modern townhouse in a great location, far enough away from town for peace and quiet but close enough to walk. A short walk down a track to the beach. Short walk also to cafes in Belongil . The apartment has three double bedrooms each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped,there is a large dining area and comfortable lounge. Undercover parking for 2 cars. Self check in very easy. Overall a great place to stay in Byron would highly recommend.

This was an amazing villa tucked away in a quiet location but so close to central Byron Bay: 5 minute walk over sand dune to the beach, 700 metre walk from there to town! Villa is so well appointed for 6 adults: big comfy couches; fully equipped kitchen; great outdoor area with clean bbq; quality Manchester on bedding, with two of the three bedrooms being very generous in size and own balcony directly off them. Our family had a fabulous relaxing holiday there. Thoroughly recommend!
