Perfect for a family holiday or getaway for a group of friends, the house has 2 bedrooms and will sleep 4 guests. The house features beautiful timber floors throughout and is full of natural light.
The living area is open plan and adjoins a good sized eat in kitchen. A BBQ deck with comfortable seating is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. Accessed via a light filled timber staircase are two bedrooms. The master has a queen sized bed, en suite and balcony. The third bedroom has 2 king single beds which can come together to form a king sized bed on request. An additional full bathroom including bath tub is located on the ground level.
Single car lock up garage and small yard area are included as well as electric vehicle charging port. A complimentary port-a-cot and high chair are available to guests and if traveling with an extending group, you may wish to consider Jim's Beach House 2 a three bedroom villa immediately next door.

Stayed here with my brother and parents during their trip from the UK. Booked the property at short notice but communication was excellent and the property was clean and ready when we arrived the next day. Great location, 10 minutes walk from main town, bars, restaurants and beach. Good facilities, kitchen and bathrooms were excellent. Recommend a stay.

Fantastic accommodation in byron bay. Clean, modern and well equipped for our little family. Situated in a quiet street only a short 10 minute walk to main beach, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend the host, very quick to respond and easy to contact.

Lovely location, check in instructions was easy - which worked for us as we arrived late, past midnight. House was clean, exactly like in the photos, was an easy 15min walk into town centre. Also it was close enough to the beach to hear waves crashing in the distance while we sat out in the back patio. Overall - we had a lovely stay over 6 nights in August. Would 100% recommend
