The penthouse is located just 100 meters from the patrolled Main Beach and is centrally located with the CBD on your door step with all of Byron Bay's points of interest are an easy stroll away.
Spread over two luxurious levels, this brand new designer penthouse sleeps six guests in stylish surrounds. Modern furnishings and stylish fixtures provide you with a truly unique home away from home. The open plan living area with comfortable couches and a modern, well equipped kitchen is furnished with your relaxation in mind.
Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as well as a handy desk with Ethernet port. Foxtel and Netflix are included complimentary during your stay.
The kitchen is a delight to cook in and has a wine fridge perfect for entertaining. The living room spills onto a spacious alfresco dining and BBQ terrace, a wonderful breezy space that features planter boxes creating a wonderful roof top garden. Should you not feel like cooking, all of Byron's wonderful restaurants and eateries are only a short stroll along Bay Lane.
The main entry level also has a king bedroom with smart TV and a large bathroom with generous bathtub, rain shower and opening skylight which lets you bath under the stars. The two main bedrooms being on different levels, makes this property perfect for two couples traveling together or a family traveling with teens.
Positioned to capture the sea breeze is the master suite located on the penthouses upper level. Coastal chic abounds in a palate of muted tones and striking charcoal timber floors. The bedroom features a king sized bed and a generous retreat area with a timber lined wave shaped ceiling, where you can relax in your own personal space. A smart TV provides entertainment to this bedroom. The master also has a good sized balcony a lovely spot to kick back with good book.
The third bedroom is located on this level and has a queen bed and smart TV. Families with younger children can take advantage of the proximity of the third bedroom to the master, a handy location for young ones close by mum and dad! A generous bathroom services this level which features a double shower.
Should you have a car, two secure undercover parking spots are included with your rental as well as two Tesla destination car chargers for our customers with electric vehicles. The penthouse has ceiling fans throughout as well as reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. A full laundry as well as outside drying yard and convenient beach equipment storage area. At special request we can accommodate up to 7 guests.

We really enjoyed our stay. VERY clean. Large space. Wonderful kitchen - fully equipped. We enjoyed cooking and dining-in. Air-conditioning. Fantastic location. Safe area. Nice bathrooms. Good water pressure from the showers. TV’s in the rooms. Awesome living area. Met our expectations. Super stylish - very well decorated. We even saw the unit featured on married at first site ! Fast response from the manager. Easy check-in & out.

This penthouse is spectacular, exactly like the photos and even better in person. Extremely spacious, lots of room for everyone to get their own space. The master bedroom is massive and I found the lounge and TV to be a great parents retreat. Kitchen has everything you could ever need. Location was perfect, so close we never had to use the car but just far enough to get some quiet.

The Bay Lane Penthouse, is such a beautiful space. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 kids and the house has all the amenities that you need plus amazing styling and lovely details. Even despite the fact that it rained our whole stay we still had a very relaxing getaway. The location is perfect, all the shops and restaurants are so close by but you don’t feel as though you are in the hustle and bustle. The beach is also so close. We loved not having to use the car but that we could walk everywhere we needed. Thanks again for an amazing stay. Alice, Israel and family
