Located in quiet Paterson Lane in a small boutique complex of only five two level apartments, this stunning refurbished two level apartment is moments from popular Clarke's Beach. Botanica ticks all the boxes, with three bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms & plenty of room to relax & unwind. A wonderful refreshing swimming pool at your doorstep for guests to enjoy as well as air-conditioning, complimentary WiFi, Netflix & all the mod cons are included making Botanica a perfect choice for your next holiday.

Holidaying at Botanica is easy, the complex is security gated for your peace of mind and this includes security parking with easy access right by your front door. From the front door it is one flight of stairs to the living room level, where wall to wall floor to ceiling glass welcomes the outside indoors. High ceilings create a feeling of space and the living room level is air-conditioned. The kitchen is airy and has a courtyard off it with a BBQ for summer cook ups, this courtyard is a great area to store all your beach equipment securely. A handy powder room services the living room. At the lounge room end of the living space is a wonderful terrace area that overlooks the pool below, there is a large outdoor table which is a great spot to enjoy a coffee in the morning sun or relax with a cool drink in the afternoon shade. The pool is right out side your apartment and can be accessed from your terrace area.
The upper floor contains the bedrooms and again high ceilings throughout. The master is very large and has a brand new en-suite with rain shower. Wall to wall floor to ceiling glass overlooks the full length balcony. The master suite has a King bed, smart TV and is cooled by the wonderful sea breeze which is very refreshing and ceiling fans. The master is not appropriate for young mobile children, as the veranda railing could be climbed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and also has large wall to wall glass windows. The third bedroom is a small room and has a Double sofa bed. The property comes with this room set up as a sofa unless requested in which case we will set the room up as a bedroom.
A brand new bathroom services the two bedrooms and their is also a laundry on this level. From outside the third bedroom, a spiral staircase accesses the roof top viewing area. This area is open to all apartments and is a great spot to do a bit of star gazing at night enjoying the sea breezes and the ever present beacon of the Byron Bay lighthouse.

Beautiful spacious house, we had an amazingly relaxing weekend, thanks! It’s a short walk out of town but was nice to be out of the hustle and bustle and we could still get down to the beach super quick. Check in was easy, no complaints

Proximity to the beach and an easy walk into town. We had a mixture of perfect and cyclonic weather during our stay so really appreciated the spacious house and relaxing pool area. Perfect for our group of 5 celebrating a birthday. We were able to cook some nights with the well equipped kitchen and other nights walk into town. Location is great for the beach, walks to the lighthouse etc.

Super quiet location, just a short walk to everything. Large master bedroom and terrific king size mattress. Sparkling clean. You will have two flights of stairs to carry any heavy luggage up. Would definitely return!

Amazing flat, such a great location to the beach and a quick walk into town. Communication with host was superb. It had everything we needed for 3 people. We would stay again. Very easy to find. We would stay again!!

Our Take

Early morning walks on the beach, a stroll to the iconic lighthouse or just a few minutes walk to the Top Shop for our favourite Egg and Bacon roll, there are so many things we love our beautiful haven has it all. Probably the best thing about our apartment is sitting on the upstairs balcony, drink in hand watching the lighthouse beams as they cross the starry night sky.
