Good Vibrations is a fantastic apartment located opposite beautiful Clarkes Beach. The property is conveniently located on the ground floor and is directly above the resorts swimming pool making this apartment perfect for families where mum and dad can watch the kids swim from the apartment balcony and not have to climb a bunch of stairs with kids in tow!
The apartments open plan living room has just undergone a stunning renovation, and features beautiful local artwork and a wrap around balcony overlooking the pool. A brand new fully equipped designer kitchen is a joy to cook in. On hot days utilise our balcony BBQ or venture across the street to Beach Cafe, for breakfast over looking the beach. The living space is always blessed with sea breezes however if the humidity gets to much close up and cool down with our reverse cycle air conditioning. The living room has complimentary Netflix, Foxtel and Wi-Fi.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bedrooms are located to the rear of the property and are nice and quiet and have ceiling fans and the master has air conditioning. The main bedroom is a good size and has a comfortable king sized bed and new designer style en-suite with a hand held and rain shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and a complimentary port a cot. The main bathroom has a full sized bath which is handy for families as well as a rain shower and hand held shower. Both bathrooms feature Italian mosaic tiles and custom timber cabinets.
Clarkes Beach is opposite and a great spot for those both experienced at surfing as well as a safe spot to swim. there is a children's park only a few hundred meters along the beach front cycle way. Good Vibrations offers everything on your doorstep with Byron Bays town center only a short stroll away. The apartment comes with secure basement parking and a full laundry within the apartment.

I hate to say this in public, but this was easily one of the top Airbnbs I've stayed at. Everything in the apartment is updated, it's across the street from the beach, it's a 5-10 minute walk to town, the host is super easy to communicate with, and the list goes on. If ever in Byron Bay and wanting the perfect balance between beach and town, this is your spot. I only hope it's available next time I go back because I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location in Byron, right across from Clarke’s beach so you are mid way between main beach and the pass. Short walk to town. The apartment is great for a family of 4 with a pool which is hard to find along this popular stretch of properties. The apartment is well appointed with quality appliances. We will book here again.

Tanya is a great host. The location is perfect, walking distance to town and to the beach. The pool was also great to have! we spent a couple of afternoon in there. Well maintained pool and a beautiful feature to this property. All the property is lovely and perfect for a short stay. We traveled with a baby and we use the portacot and highchair.

Great location within walking distance to Main Street, directly across from beach and on the walking track up to Lighthouse. Apartment was clean and comfortable and true to the photos. We went away for a girls weekend and was great to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were very comfy. Would highly recommend if you’re after a compact apartment in a great location!
