Jim's Beach House 2 is a newly built property situated close to everything. A short a 350 meter walk from the beach and only 700 meters from the town center in a quiet cul-de-sac location. Perfect for a family holiday or getaway for a group of friends, the house has 3 bedrooms and will sleep six guests. You don't need a car from this location its so convenient, Jim's also provides complimentary charging facilities for Tesla electric cars.

The house features beautiful timber floors throughout and is full of natural light. The ground floor has a living room with complimentary WiFi, flat screen TV and complimentary Netflix. The living area is open plan and adjoins a good sized eat in kitchen. A BBQ deck with comfortable seating is a great place to relax and enjoy the sea breeze. A queen bedroom, bathroom and laundry are located on this level.

Accessed via a light filled timber staircase are a further two bedrooms. The master has a queen sized bed balcony and walk in wardrobe. The third bedroom has 2 king single beds which can come together to form a king sized bed on request. A full bathroom including bath tub is located on this level. If traveling with a group you may want to consider Jim's Beach House I a two bedroom villa next door.

Single car lock up garage and small yard area are included.

Very nice and comfortable house in a totally quiet area, 10 min walk from central Byron or the main beach. Private parking space, beautiful wooden floor, nice little terrace. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The place was great, beautiful, modern, comfortable. Great location in a quiet street, yet close to the centre of Byron. Jim and his team were great to deal with and Jim was on had to welcome us and was very helpful! Great attention to detail in fit out and all amenities.
