The town house has a comfortable open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen which spills out into the yard area. Up a half flight of stairs is a queen bedroom with en-suite, a second bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds. Up on the next level is the third bedroom which can be set up as either two single beds or a king bed. The bedrooms each have their own air conditioners and ceiling fans.
The complex has a spacious pool area with plenty of seating and a grass area kids can run around on. There is an undercover BBQ area as well as plenty of seating and table for a poolside meal.
Tallow Beach is very handy to the townhouse and can be accessed quickly down Mahogany Drive which is close by. Alternatively town is about a 1.9km drive away.
There are also some really cool dining options close by. These are the Roadhouse which is at the entrance to this complex as well as the trendy spot The General Store about 800 meters away. Both are super popular spots!
The townhouse has garaged parking for one car and full laundry facilities.

The kitchen and living space is up one flight of stairs from the front door. The living space is airconditioned and is on the same level as the back yard.
Bedroom & Bathroom
There main bathroom has a queen sized bed and an ensuite there is a ceiling fan. The second bedroom is adjacent and has 2 single beds and a ceiling fan. The main bathroom is opposite. The third bedroom is up a flight of stairs and has 2 king single beds. On requests we can make these up as a king bed.
Outside
The complex has a great mineral swimming pool which is fantastic to swim in. The BBQ area has plenty of seating and is great for alfresco dining.
