Slip into island time and experience the ambiance and luxury of your own private garden oasis. Located only a short 450m walk to town and the beach, the Villa is located in a quiet resort surrounded by beautiful lush tropical gardens and Byron's best resort pool.
The villa has an inviting living room with a relaxed coastal vibe. A smart TV with complimentary Netflix, Stan, and Disney+ are provided for your entertainment as well as complimentary high speed Wi-fi. A new kitchen is well equipped with everything you need including filtered water and a Nespresso machine. There is also a smart timber lined powder room downstairs.
The villa enjoys a great outlook to the garden through large sliding doors. Curl up in the hanging chair with a great book or just enjoy the relaxing sound of the water feature. There is an outdoor shower, great for washing off after a trip to the beach. Our yard is secure and fenced so it is perfect for little kids or for leaving your beach equipment.
Accessed via a timber staircase are two bedrooms. The main bedrooms king sized bed is dressed in luxuriously soft vintage washed linen sheets. The room has a pleasant leafy outlook where you can often see our resident Kookaburras and Water Dragons perched amongst the tree tops! A Smart TV is located in the bedroom as well as ceiling fan and reverse cycle air-conditioning.
The second bedroom comprises of two long single beds which can zip together to form a king if required this bedroom has reverse cycle air-conditioning. We welcome families at the villa and also supply complimentary, a portacot, stair guard and high chair as well as some books and games. The villa comes with all house linen, deluxe bath sheets, Walter G textile accents and complimentary Sheridan beach towels.
The beautiful bathroom features encaustic hand made tiles, double basins, rain shower and smart black tap-ware. Included are Eloura Australia botanical spa amenities to enhance your bathing experience.
The resort pool is beautiful and heated in winter time so you can swim year round. The pool is fantastic for families as it features a large swim out area where young children can play with confidence. Within the pool area are BBQ and bathroom facilities.

Great villa with good amenities. Pool area was nice. Good place for a family to stay. It was very handy to have high chair, kids books and toys on hand.

The villa is in a perfect location being only a minutes walk into the town center and only meters from the beach. The villa was perfect for my husband and I and our two teenage children being so close to beach and town, as well as having access to the pool and BBQ at the complex. The pool area was never busy, we were often alone there and we had the BBQ to ourselves when we used it. Beach towels provided were much appreciated. Nespresso coffee machine was also great to have. The pictures accurately show what the accommodation looks like. It was very clean, beautifully furnished and Tanya was a very quick responding and friendly host. We would definitely stay here again.

My family had a really nice getaway at the Aitutaki Villa, it's location was very good, a short stroll to Byron center. The villa itself was like a sanctuary, freestanding and beautifully furnished with a lovely garden, and had everything we needed including some thoughtful touches like free beach towels and coffee pods. Would definitely recommend.

We loved our stay. The best thing about it was the location. Such a short stroll into Byron central & so easy to get around. The villa was styled amazingly well and definitely made you feel like you were on holidays the minute you walked in. Very clean and had all the amenities you would need. Bonus was that the king bed in the main bedroom was soooooo comfy!

Stylish villa, great amenities with a secluded private terrace, lovely shared pool and underground parking. Host was quick at communicating and attentive. Could not pick a fault at all and we had a great stay!

We had such a great stay, perfectly positioned and the apartment is nicely decorated, really nice place to sit back and relax. Pool is right out the front and close enough for our baby monitor to stretch. Relaxing on the day beds beside the pool made day sleep times ideal! The yard space is secure and lockable. There is a beach shower and outdoor setting as well as hanging cane chair overlooking the water feature. A heated salt water pool and BBQ area are located within the resort.
