Weekly Farmers Markets

The local farmers markets are a real treat with produce not having to travel very far at all to reach you plate! Pick up some local coffee grown in the Byron hinterland or treat yourself to some of the fantastic organic produce.

 

Locals Tip: Try some of the delicious organic cheese and Bangalow Pork you find on sale at the markets. Farmers markets start early dont forget to take a basket or carry bag!

Byron & Bangalow Farmers Markets
Byron farmers market operates every Thursday in the Butler street reserve from 8-11am. Bangalow Farmers Market Saturdays 8-11am Bangalow Showground

Mullumbimby Farmers Market
Turn up. Tune in. Shop out. Is the Mullumbimby farmers market motto which runs every Friday at the showground on Main Arm Road just on the outskitrts of Mullumbimby 7-11am but best to aim to be there around 9am. This market is our favourite set around the old showground ring and under trees, is a charming quaint country market. Expect to find local organic meat, locally produced cheeses, fruit & vegies, local coffee and delicious home made foods, jams and preserves. This market is very popular with the locals and can be quiet busy. There is entertainment and alot to eat so dont have breakfast before hand.
