PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Holiday in the tree tops at Canopy 2. This unique accommodation was designed to feel like your living in a tree house, you cant get more Byron than that! The home is located a convenient 600m walk to the CBD and only 400m walk to the beach.
Sleeping six guests, the house is set over three stories the ground floor has a terrific undercover area that overlooks the garden and is perfect for relaxing in and there is a large laundry with ample area for storing surfboards and your beach equipment.
The first floor is dedicated living space and accessed via a beautiful timber staircase. The living room is open plan and spacious with two decks and thoughtfully furnished with pieces from McMullen & Co. and Inartisan pieces. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Neflix are supplied for your entertainment. The main deck is off the well equipped contemporary kitchen and has a Weber BBQ and is a great space to literally hang out in the hanging chair!
The second floor has three bedrooms consisting of a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with its own private balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds which can come together to form a king bed on request. All bedrooms have Bed Threat lux linen sheets ceiling fans and built-in wardrobes. There is a great sunny chill out area on the bedroom level perfect to relax in. A beautiful bathroom with rain shower and free standing bath service the bedroom floor.
There is plenty of on street parking as well as off street parking for one car. The yard is fully fenced private and secure and perfect for kids to play securely. If you require a second house we have Canopy 1 next door which is identical. It is possible to open the large fence between the yards to allow easy movement between the houses.

A lovely, stylish house which would comfortably house a family or a few friends enjoying a weekend away. Approx 15 min easy walk into town (or quick Uber ride) & close to beach. Will definitely be back.

We had a great stay here, the house is pristine and modern, but has a nice peaceful vibe as well. Walking distance to the main strip and beach, but quiet at night, you can hear the ocean and birds all night. We would love to come back. Highly recommend. Thank you!
The Canopy 2 is such a lovely & modern property. We felt so at home & after a long day out there was nothing better than coming back to such a well presented & comfortable home.

Kitchen & Living
The living space is airconditioned and flows through to the dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen is a good size and opens to a BBQ deck.
Bedroom & Bathroom
Bedrooms are located on the upper level and all feature luxurious linen bedding. A reading room is central to all the bedrooms where you can sit quietly and relax separate to the living room. The king bedroom opens onto its own private deck. There is a queen bedroom and a third bedroom with two single beds. Both these rooms have ceiling fans.
Outside
The yards are lockable and have the under house area to utilize as well as lawn spaces. The beach is close by and town is only 750m walk.
