With a full-sized kitchen featuring all the modern amenities, you’ll have the option to enjoy cooking produce from the local farmers market or you can wander into town, with all Byron’s best restaurants just 200 metres away.
You’ll feel world’s away sitting on the spacious back deck surrounded by plush greenery. And with a large dining setting and comfy outdoor lounge and daybed to accommodate all guests, you’ll never have to leave! There is also fans, heaters and sun shades to make the area welcoming all year round.
There is also a hot outside shower nestled among the trees, perfect to wash off after a day at the beach, with Main Beach an easy 10-minute stroll away.
Three bedrooms have an en-suite, while the remaining two have access to a gorgeous, renovated main bathroom. There is also a brand new smart TV, split system air-conditioning and ceiling fan in each room.
The front bedroom has a king bed (which can be split into two singles upon request), three bedrooms have queen beds, while the final room has two single beds (which can be combined to make a king bed upon request)

Main kitchen is fully self contained with gas cooking. Small internal living space for the main house and large external areas. The bedrooms that share a bathroom also share a kitchenette and a sunroom space.
