Holiday in the tree tops at Canopy. This unique accommodation was designed to feel like your living in a tree house, you cant get more Byron than that! The home is located a convenient 600 meters walk to the CBD and only 400m walk to the beach. Sleeping six guests, the home captures cooling sea breezes and has a fabulous outside entertainment area. The house is set over three stories the ground floor has a terrific undercover area that overlooks the garden and is perfect for relaxing in and there is a large laundry with ample area for storing surfboards and your beach equipment.
The first floor is dedicated living space and accessed via a beautiful timber stair case. The living room is open plan and spacious with two decks and thoughtfully furnished with pieces from McMullen & Co. and Inartisan pieces. . Complimentary Wi-Fi and Neflix are supplied for your entertainment. The main deck is off the well equipped contemporary kitchen and has a Weber BBQ and is a great space to literally hang out in the hanging chair!
The second floor has three bedrooms consisting of a king bedroom, a queen bedroom with its own private balcony and the third bedroom has two single beds which can come together to form a king bed on request. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. There is a great sunny chill out area, handy to relax in. A beautiful bathroom with rain shower and free standing bath service the bedroom floor.
There is off street parking for two cars. The yard is fully fenced private and secure and perfect for kids to play securely. If you require a second house we have Canopy 2 next door which has an identical layout. It is possible to open the large fence between the yards to allow easy movement between the houses.

My family absolutely loved our stay at canopy. The location was absolutely superb, with only a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to the center of town. Would absolutely recommend to stay there again.

We went to Byron Bay for our son's wedding. We truly enjoyed our stay. The house was, very stylish, very spacious , with plenty of room for 6 guests. It was an ideal location for us to relax and unwind, close to all the amenities. The host was extremely helpful. Thank you for enabling us to have precious family time without any hassles.

What an amazing property. So modern and comforting. Plenty of space to laze about on the lounge and the sun bed. Lots of balcony space and super comfy beds. Just a short walk in to town as well. Loved it.

Beautiful place to stay with my extended family and especially loved the location as Byron can be a bit of a challenge to drive around and park in so being able to walk everywhere was fantastic. Spotlessly clean and easy check in. Absolutely loved our stay there.

Kitchen & Living
The living area is on the 1st floor of the home. The living room has a Smart TV, reverse cycle air-conditioning & day bed area. The kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher and gas cooktop. The balcony off the kitchen area has a BBQ & hanging chair.
Bedroom & Bathroom
The bedrooms and bathroom are on the second floor. All bedrooms have beautiful lux Bead Threads linen sheets. The master has a king sized bed, ceiling fan and balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed & ceiling fan. The third bedroom has two king single beds and a ceiling fan. All bedroom have built in wardrobes. The bathroom has a separate bath tub and shower and included amenities. A sitting area is also on this level.
Outside
The secure yard has high fences, lawn area, an outdoor shower and carport. Off the carport is a laundry with an additional toilet. The home is a very short walk to town and is even closer to the beach access at Kendal Street.
