PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The home is delightfully nestled in the treetops, within a tropical garden teeming with native wildlife, and you will feel like you are living in a luxury treehouse. Chill out with a good book on one of the fabulous decks. Delight in the views of pretty Belongil Creek and Wetlands from the upstairs deck, where the over-sized hammock provides a sublime place to snooze away a lazy afternoon, watching the setting sun, while being lulled by the music of the surf and birdsong.
The elevation of this quintessentially Byron beach house, ideally captures the ocean breezes, however on a hot day or night we have your comfort taken care of with reverse cycle air-conditioning units in both upstairs bedrooms as well as the living space!
The quirkily luxurious and comfortable, furnishings and décor, feature Australian First Nation’s artwork throughout.
The living space, boasting a 55” Smart TV, with a sofa and 2 wickedly comfortable recliners, opens onto a generous deck. This deck, overlooking the lush gardens, receives the morning light and is a marvellous spot for sipping your morning cuppa.
The galley style kitchen is fully equipped, with views to Belongil Creek and Wetlands, from which you can catch the magic of the changing colours of the sky with the setting sun, while prepping dinner. A handy second full bathroom can be found on this level, as well as a bedroom with a double bed.
The upstairs level is full of character, and its distinctive timber-lined curved ceilings, wave-like, give the home a very Byron beach vibe!
The main bedroom, with a queen sized bed and a luxury latex mattress, opens onto a large deck. This bedroom and deck receive the morning light, and is the perfect spot for your morning yoga practice. This room has the year round comfort of reverse cycle AC. The deck, with its relaxing hammock, overlooks the gardens, and also offers expansive views to Belongil Creek, Wetlands and the sunset.
The 2nd bedroom, has a double futon bed, reverse cycle AC, and with views to Belongil Creek, Wetlands and the sunset. The two upstairs bedrooms are separated by a full bathroom.
The 3rd bedroom is cosy, but comfortable, with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
The whole house is completely fly-screened, with mosquito nets above both upstairs beds.
Aside from being so close to Belongil Beach, that at night you will fall asleep to the lullaby of the surf, the house is also only moments to the popular Treehouse Cafe.
Byron town centre is a convenient 5 minute drive away, or an easy 20 minute scenic beach stroll. Or, turn left at the beach entry for a picturesque 15 minute stroll to heavenly Belongil Estuary, where you can splash around in the Ti-tree infused health giving water, and watch the river birds frolic.

Great location, only a 2 minute drive or 15 minute walk into the heart of Byron. Belongil Beach has that Byron vibe without the bustle of town.
2 great restaurants, and beach, only a short walk. The house is unique and cosy and extremely clean. Loved chilling on the upstairs balcony in the hammock enjoying the afternoon breeze, listening to the waves. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay! Just the shortest of strolls to the beach, and very conveniently located close to Byron town centre. We loved the quirkiness of the house design and furniture. Views of the sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. Wide screen telly and comfortable recliners took the edge off the rainy days. The short walk to the 2 cafes nearby was a treat. HIGHLY recommended.

A very lovely home. Charming, and very clean. Belongil Beach is quite simply magical, and so easy to get to town. We had a most relaxing and enjoyable time.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! This property was a Byron Bay dream! The house is metres from the beach, although also secluded, private and hidden amongst the trees. A treehouse getaway with the creature comforts of a couple local restaurants/cafes down the street! Then again, we also enjoyed just chilling in the soft furnishings with modern TV and great sound for a cosy night in too! Went to sleep with the soft sounds of the waves. And woke up with a morning coffee at the kitchen window that overlooks the tranquil flowing creek. It was a delight! Would love to stay again!

10 days of Heaven. We had the most incredible 10 day stay at dreamtime belongil. As a long term local returning to the area for a holiday this is my favourite little pocket of Byron Bay by far! Perfectly located just steps from the best beach where you can turn left and be totally on your own, or turn right for a moderate walk into the town along the beach. A few doors down from an amazing coffee shop and resto called the Treehouse but other than that its nice quiet residential/nature vibes. Coffee, walk, surf, swim, nap, Repeat :-)
