Palm Villa is one of our stylish family friendly resort villas. Located only 200 meters walk to The Wreck Beach via Cavvanbah Street and about 400 meters to the town center. Palm villa comfortably accommodates four guests over two levels and is located in a peaceful garden setting.
Palm Villa has its own private secure courtyard perfect for children to play in or to park your car. The villa is air-conditioned on both levels. The ground floor has an open plan living room which opens onto the courtyard complimentary high speed Wi-Fi is supplied for your entertainment as well as a smart TV. The compact kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, cook top and coffee machine. A power room is located on this level with handy second toilet.
Up the timber staircase are two bedrooms, the bathroom and laundry. The master bedroom has a second TV and queen sized bed. The master is air-conditioned and has a ceiling fan. Many trees give the feeling of being in a tree house! The second bedroom has 2 single beds which can come together to form a king sized bed.
There is a heated pool in the resort grounds it has got a great swim out area for young children to play and a BBQ area. The peaceful location is very relaxing yet extremely close to town making it a great place to holiday!

What an amazing villa; the photos simply do not do it justice! The beds and couch were VERY comfortable, and a nice surprise was that the queen size bed in the main room was actually a king size! (Bath towels were those lovely big ones that you can only dream about when you're on holiday - usually the ones you have to keep back home). The walk into town is around 5-10 minutes (depending if you have little ones tagging along), the beach is about the same heading in the opposite direction - once you're on the beach it feels so private as there are only a few access points along this part. Instructions were easy to follow, host was lovely and very helpful; there were a family of kookaburras sitting outside - such a peaceful little place. For those of you looking for a pool - this place has a heated salt water pool less than 20 metres from the villa with plenty of shaded seating (and sun seating); great for kids. We didn't utilise the kitchen as the Byron Bay restaurants were far too tempting for daily meals but there was a big fridge and plenty of utensils available. Very very happy with our stay and a big thank you to the host for ensuring that our stay was a wonderful way to end our month long holiday :)
