Kick your shoes off...take a deep breath of the beautiful Byron air and get ready to enjoy a true Byron Bay holiday experience. Sandy Toes is just a 300m level walk to to Byron Bay's CBD and 500m to Main Beach. This original beach cottage is set over 2 levels and perfect for family getaways - the kids teens and well just about everyone will love the downstairs chill out living room and parents can relax upstairs! A private outdoor deck completes this very pretty picture. Sandy Toes is in the old part of Byron town - close enough to everything but far enough away too.
The cottage is as cute as a button and has a wonderful vintage feeling to it. Upstairs comprises of a living room, kitchen and dining area featuring an antique dining table. The living room overlooks a rear deck which is a great area for relaxation. There are 3 bedrooms on this level. The main bedroom has an airconditioned queen bedroom with mozzie net and opens onto a little sun room that is a shared space with the third bedroom. The second queen bedroom has a cute little dressing room of it which is a great space if you have a bub in a cot and want to keep them close by it is also airconditioned. There is a small third bedroom off the sun room with a double bed suitable for one traveller.
Downstairs has been converted into an industrial style living space - absolute kid heaven (and parent heaven too!) complete with kitchenette and fridge and polished concrete floors. The separate bedroom on this lower level is available on request and has a double bed, it is a great room for a teenager. Adjacent is the quirkiest powder room you'll ever find. We nickname it "The Alice in Wonderland bathroom," as only someone under the age of 10 could stand upright in it! More cubby house than usable for the kids and more of a novelty for adults! There is off street parking for two cars, and full laundry facilities.
The house is a handy 100 meters from the Arts Factory Village where you'll find the Byron Bay Brewery a great place to eat, the Buddha Gardens Day Spa, perfect for a massage and the super quirky Pig House Flicks cinema, great facilities to enhance your holiday. Please be aware that Sandy Toes is in a residential area and respect for our neighbours is imperative and we have strict noise curfews in place!

Perfect location Far enough away from the crowds but so utterly close for a short walk to get involved. We stayed mainly upstairs, so much space and space used wisely! Thanks again for having us we had an amazing time xx
