PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
Mariposa is your perfect holiday escape being one of a few properties in Byron with direct beach access. The house features a cute circular plunge pool, ideal for a quick and refreshing dip when you prefer not to hit the beach. The vibrant town is just a mere 450 meters away, yet despite its proximity, this is an incredibly peaceful and tranquil location.
Perfect for families who want to spread out with two living areas, one upstairs and the other downstairs. The downstairs living room has a TV area with Smart HD TV and includes complimentary Netflix. The living room opens onto a covered balcony and is a lovely place to sit and enjoy the tropical gardens and sea breeze. Complimentary wireless internet is included.
There are four bedrooms in total, each with a balcony or patio. Two are located upstairs, one with a queen bed, and the other has two single beds. A full bathroom with a bath and separate shower as well as a powder room are located adjacent to the bedrooms. The queen bedroom has its own deck complete with day bed perfect for unwinding with a good book. The downstairs has a queen bedroom and a single bedroom next to it. A three way bathroom featuring separate toilet and a shower room service these bedrooms as well as a living room.
Full laundry facilities are available as well as two parking spaces - one under cover - are provided. The house has a private destination charger for guests staying with a Tesla. Mariposa welcomes travelling families and provides a complimentary high chair and travel cot.
Byron Bay's small solar powered tourist train does utilise the track to the rear of this property however being solar powered we can advise it is extremely quiet and it is also a great activity to do with children.

Included is a travel cot however you will need to bring along your own cot linen.

The house was a great spot for our family of 5 to enjoy a few nights in Byron. Lots of space, clean, but the highlight was the location, just a short stroll through the trees to the beach!

Everything you need for a weekend with friends or family:) close to the centre and the beach! Lots of cutlery, plates and glasses, so you don't have to rush washing everything before the next meal:) Great stay!

This house is an amazing, amazing location in Byron. The back gate leads to a two minute path to the beach, and you are very close to main beach. It was just my husband and I, but it would be a fantastic house for a group or a family. Check in was easy, everything was comfortable and immaculate. It felt like living in a tree house, surrounded by the birds. We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Kitchen & Living
The house has two living areas the downstairs is spacious and spills out to the back yard and pool area. The upstairs living space is open plan and connects to the upstairs balcony.
Bedroom & Bathroom
The house has two bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. The upstairs bedroom configuration is one King bedroom with a large deck with a day bed and walk in robe. The single bedrooms enjoys access to the front balcony and ocean breezes. Both share a bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. The down stairs bedrooms consist of one Queen room and the second room with two single beds. Each open to a porch and share a three way bathroom that features a large shower room.
Outside
The house enjoys direct beach access. The yard is large with plenty of room for kids to run around. There is a BBQ and beach shower area (shared). The house has a private pool with sun lounges.
