PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
You have four inviting bedrooms to choose from, each with its own balcony or patio. Two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two singles, are located downstairs, along with a full bathroom and a separate powder room. Upstairs, the main bedroom suite includes a private deck with a cozy daybed, perfect for unwinding with a good book. Opposite the bedroom is a three-way bathroom with separate shower room and water closet. Adjacent, you'll find the fourth bedroom with two single beds and access to a covered balcony. These bedrooms open to the second living room, providing even more space to enjoy your stay. Please note, due to the ceiling in this room and the living space being very high the single bedroom wall does not go the full way to the ceiling so when the living space is being used some noise may transfer.
Full laundry facilities are included as well as two parking spaces - one under cover - are provided. Monterey is the perfect destination for road tripping Tesla owners as the house has its own private Tesla destination charger. The house also comes with a complimentary high chair and travel cot.
Byron Bay's small solar powered tourist train does utilise the old track to the rear of this property however, being solar powered we can advise it is extremely quiet and it is also a great activity to do with younger children.

Bedroom 4: Ground floor 2 king single beds opens to patio.
Included is a travel cot and high chair please bring your own cot linen.

Beautiful clean place in a fantastic location, tucked away down a quiet road with direct beach access and only a 5min walk to town. We had 5 girls and had plenty of space to relax. The kitchen is well stocked with plates and glasses etc. Tanya from Destination Byron was a great host and made checking in easy. Would definitely stay there again.

Great space - has two good sized living areas, comfy beds, a good stocked kitchen. The garden is shared with the house next door. The back gate leads out to a train track that you can cross, walk through some bush and be on the beach in less than a few minutes.
