The penthouse accommodates six guests in designer style over two luxurious levels. The large and functional layout makes it comfortable to stretch out. A spacious king bedroom with flat screen TV and luxurious Sheridan bedding is located on the living room level. Adjacent is a large bathroom with stunning American Oak vanity and designer Moroccan tiles. Relax in the generous bathtub, open the automated skylight and bathe with the stars!
The master suite is located on the upper level as is the third bedroom and a bathroom. The main bedroom is extremely spacious, has a king sized bed Sheridan bed linens and a retreat area. The parents retreat is a great place to relax complete with flat screen smart TV. The stylish master also has a good sized balcony a lovely spot to kick back with good book.
Families with younger children can take advantage of the proximity of the third bedroom to the master, a handy location for young ones close by mum and dad. The third bedroom has two king single beds that on request, can be made up as a king bed. The bathroom features a double shower, American Oak vanity and hand made floor tiles.
Should you have a car, a secure undercover parking spot is included with your rental. The penthouse has ceiling fans throughout as well as reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. A full laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi and Foxtel are included.

We really enjoyed our stay in Byron! The location is wonderful, the space is wonderfully appointed and the decor is so lovely and welcoming. Their were small notes around the property explaining how to use the skylight, dryer etc. Very helpful! Also was such a nice treat to have basic condiments and ice on hand when we arrived :) We would absolutely stay here again.....actually planning to bring friends next time.

We had a fantastic stay and the accommodation is amazing- thank you. This a centrally located unit which is luxury, clean, great size (we had 6 adults and a child) and well equipped. Would highly recommend staying here if you want something close to all that Byron has to offer ( main st, beach, nightlife, restaurants, bars) Instructions and contact from manager were fantastic making it really easy to access the property.

My friends and I stayed at the penthouse for 3 days and absolutely loved it. The pictures don’t do the property justice and the place was sparking clean on arrival. Finding the property was a little difficult but the information provided made it a breeze and the location couldn’t be more perfect. I will definitely be staying again!

A generous deck area is off the living room and has a day bed, outdoor furniture and BBQ. The apartment is only a short walk to patrolled Main Beach and fronts Bay Lane only a short stroll to great Byron eateries.
